About meI read. Constantly. I read at work, I read at home, I read whilst breast-feeding, I read whilst cooking, I read on the toilet, if I could read whilst I was asleep, I would.

I'll read anything, as long as a. it's well-written, and (very occasionally /or), b. it keeps me interested (hence no maths, very little physics, and a bit more biology). But if I'm desperate, I'll ignore b. just to keep my eyes moving over a page.

It's sort of an obsession, sort of an addiction, and wholly part of who I am. I read faster than a speeding bullet, and I remember it all.

About my libraryMy library (not yet all uploaded- not even half yet!) contains, in no particular order:
- history
- biography/autobiography
- historical fiction
- children's fiction
- horror (very small section, that!)
- science fiction and fantasy
- modern French novels
- comic books
- erotica (I hate the term, but it's a good catch-all for novels, art-books, studies on sexuality, reprints of underground '50s magazines, more comics, etc.)
- cookbooks (modern and reprints of old ones back to the 1700s)
- classic novels (i.e. 18th and 19th century novels)
- Folio editions (they're so pretty!)
- Virago editions (I collect the old green-spined ones)
- modern novels (with various sub-sections, such as Scottish novels, Terry Pratchett, etc)
- thrillers
- crime (these two sections live in the toilet)
- poetry
- plays
- feminist criticism and feminist texts
- books about books
- books about language
- books I can't classify or are a single example of a genre.

The true beauty of the inner self is its spirit nurturing truth which breathes joy and happiness into our very soul. By living life in harmony and balance we awaken our inner universe and cultivate infinite love for all beings. The essence of being alive is to live an inspired life of higher self discovery that opens doorways to richness of spirit and inspires us to embrace the earth as a sacred womb of love.
