About my libraryI own all the books I have listed, though there are a small number of books on here that I have read, enjoyed and kept but cannot seem to find!
My favourite quote: 'Like all those possessing a library, Aurelian was aware that he was guilty of not knowing his in its entirety' Jorge Luis Borges
The childrens books are my favourites from childhood and some lovely books that my children have.
I buy too many books and I read too slowly! I am running out of space and I have books in our computer room, under the bed, in the dining room and living room, up the loft and in my kids' wardrobes!
Favourite shops: Hatchards and Foyles when on trips to London to theatre/art galleries; Borders MK; Higham Ferrers bookshop and Amazon.
'Where is human nature so weak as in the bookstore?' Henry Ward Beecher
Books with a 5* rating are my all time favourites, but I am still in the process of rating and tagging.

Thank you for adding me to your interesting libraries. My collection is not on a par with yours, but many of the books in it are true treasures to me.

Thanks for the information regarding Stamford. But I have just returned from Cambridge where there was a book signing and talk by P.D.James.
I shall therefore have to keep my head down on the book front for the rest of the week.I will however keep my eyes open with regard to further events there.
Thanks again for letting me know and good hunting in London.

Thank you for adding me to your interesting libraries. I, like you, buy too many books and read too slowly!
Best,

Have you checked the book list from slowtravelitaly ? It's a great compilation from a travel forum.
Enjoy your new book. Casaloma
