Thanks for posting the origami peace crane site. I am going to do this with my US history 11th grade classes as a beginning of the year activity! The wonderful 3-D animation makes it so doable that even butter-fingered me was able to follow it. That one site you listed, that you labeled as something you had never seen before, isn't working right now due to heavy volume. I'm dying to see what was so weird even you couldn't classify it!

I've just been ogling your flickr account and you take some looooovely photos. Where in Somerset are you based? I grew up visiting Minehead about twice a year so I'll always have a soft spot for Exmoor.

Wanted to tell about my ALICE but could not add on to thread! I have the Pennyroyal Edition:designed and illustrated by Barry Moser. It's @ 13 x 9 inches. Preface & notes by James R. Kincaid. Pub. by Univ. of California Press in 1982. Text in black, margin notes in red. Wish I could show it to you! Esta

I've been anticipating Mass Effect, but I don't have an Xbox (nor the funds for one), so I'm waiting for it to come out for PC. From what I've heard, it's a cool game. Thanks!
