About me I am neither a brat nor a prince, but I absolutely adore the character of Lestat de Lioncourt––a.k.a. the Brat Prince, a.k.a. the Damnedest Creature––from Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles. I am a beginning student of comparative mythology and an enormous fan of horror, science fiction, and vampire stories.

Neat! i would love to read that! sounds like fun. My voice teachers keep switching and etc! it is a total nightmare!
What are you up to as of late?
I forgot about the Celts! Yeah their pretty cool too, especially the Druids. There's alot of mystery involved which makes it even cooler. No I haven't read them, but I've seen the movie. Which probably gives no justice to the book.
What's your favorite type of mythology? It's kind of hard to answer the question if you really enjoy, but I think I like Greek and Eypytian mythology the best. My whole room is full of Egyptian stuff. I'm studying heiroglyphics too. I like the picture too, "Queen of the Damned."
Wiccan? that's cool. I think it would be fun to teach music theory. I play piano and i sing. I still read the books i want anyway. Catholic school, huh? I hate the uniforms sometimes but oh, well. I want to do massage therapy but if that dosen't work out i am not sure what i will do.
Yeah sounds like something i do alot. What instrument do you play? or do you sing? Anyway it would be totally cool if you wrote something on Lestat. That would be awesome. I go to private Christian school and they don't allow that kind of stuff that makes me sad. do you have a boyfriend? WHta is your major? What are you wanting to do? Do you like the movie Labyrinth w/ david bowie?
That is awesome! Sounds like fun. The only calss that i really enjoy is history, english, and art. But the mythology class sounds like so much fun! I wish they had that kind of class at my high school. But, what are you up to?
I'm glad that you liked them! =)
I know it was fabulous! I was so shocked he could sing! He had a good voice! so how are you?
How are you?
I saw Sweeney todd! I loved it! I watched labyrinth and interview with the vampire this weekend. So it was good. I love david Bowie! So what are you up to? Well i am at school.
i see. i am 15.
Lol! ia m a girl to. my name is miranda. I did to. I live in utah!
How old are you? and where do you live like state or country?
Sweet! Nothing much. I have one question though.... sorry if these two are strange if you dressed up as lestat one of the sexist people ever. please tell me you are a guy. and what is your name?
Hey! how are you? Tomarrow is halloween!
I totally loved Memnoch The Devil and felt it was indeed one of her better novels. My other faves of Anne Rice are The Witching Hour (the first Rice book I ever read), Violin, and Blackwood Farm.
Speaking of Vampires...have you ever read The Vampire Chonicles by PN Elrod? I read them years ago - right around when I first discoved the Vampire Files by Anne Rice - and loved them. The series takes place in Chicago with a Vampire Private Eye.
one of my friends recently got Blood Price from half.com...I think that I'll ask to borrow it when she is done. I'm currently on a book buying ban...so no new books for me for a while.
Hey there, I saw on the What are you Reading Now Group that you just read Blood Price by Tanya Huff. Have you seen the tv show on Lifetime that's based on the books? How do they compare? I've seen the show and liked it but haven't read the books yet.
Hey ... just stopping by to say hi! It is definitely nice to see a fellow GWer on LT! :D
Welcome to LT 8) Hope to see you around.
