Hi Vicki,
The books arrived today - Two boxes, What a surprise! Fantastic!
I'm bowled over by your generosity, and you can be sure that these books will be highly valued and looked after.
Joseph Conrad is one of my favourite authors from long ago - though I had very few of his books in my collection.
I now look forward to many hours of pleasure catching up with him.
My daughter is a Shakespeare fanatic so was delighted to see "Shakespeare's life and world" in the box. We had it before - but somehow it wasn't listed.

Actions like yours show the real value of LibraryThing. It allows a community of like-minded book collectors to share with each other.

This is better than Christmas!
Thanks again,
You have a superb collection of Folio society books ... How did you go about collecting them ? Through membership or secondary market purchases? Congratulations. I see we have a good many books in common though Folio society is one collecting interest.
I will keep "Cloudstreet" in mind. Thanks
