About meAuthor and Associate Lecturer living in Hamburg, Germany. For a time I also did some work as a copy-editor and translator.
As can be guessed by the size of my library, I am very much in love with books especially and stories in general, regardless of their medium of representation.
Only recently have I started writing in earnest (i.e. devoting the majority of my time to it), but after being signed by the German Piper Verlag for a surprising number of books, I dare say that it looks promising.
About my libraryThe emphasis of my library is on the fantastic in it's myriad forms - especially horror, fantasy and role-playing games play a big part. A number of my books are lost in various attics, hopefully I will be able to fill these gaps in my heart and in my book-cases in the near future.
I share this library with my spouses Verena and Ole.
Progressreport:
Scanning the library is finally finished!
Unluckily a number of books did not have a barcode or were either not recognized by the software I use to scan the books or by LibraryThing, as I will have to enter these by hand, the final bit will be delayed for while.
