It's necessary, when something is copyrighted, to ask for permission. I have yet to have a refusal (though some people don't answer). Most websites will have a way for you to contact them. On the page where you add a picture, on the right, there's a link to a sample letter that you can adapt (it's written to an author, but you can change it for an institution, website, or whatever).
When you do get permission, forward the email to Tim at tim@librarything.com. That way there's a record that it's okay.
