You've got an ambitious list of books there, Karl. Right now, I'm jockeying between "NOS4A2," by Joe Hill(son of Stephen King), which is very disappointing, and Lawrence Krauss's "Universe from Nothing," which is terrific. I highly recommend "Universe" if you're into the latest science theories--Krauss explains them like no one else.
Wishing you a great time at the beach,
Summer is here, hoping to catch up on some reading during vacation.

List subject to change, but here is what I am taking to the beach...

> The Son by Philipp Meyer,(actually next in the cue, looking forward to meeting him next week in Miami!!)
as well as American Rust (Looking for a 1st/1st HC now...)

> I, Zombie by Hugh Howey

> The Return by Michael Gruber

> Bad Monkey by Carl Hiaasen

> The Last Policeman by Ben H. Winters

What are you taking to the beach?

P.S. Are you the same Willie Stansell who I have for a friend on Goodreads? If so, good to connect here, too.
Good to have your friendship, Willie, thanks for reading and rating The Knowledge of Good & Evil. I'm delighted you enjoyed it.
Warmest wishes for the New Year,
