About meI'm a bookwurm, as they say in the Netherlands. I don't own a television. Not out of some strict religious conviction but because I don't find it at all interesting. And I used to be an excessive watcher, never able to stop at any reasonable time, even watching Tell Sell. Now I'm an excessive reader, which sounds a lot more sophisticated ;-)

About my libraryI don't own a lot of books myself, but my friends have interesting libraries. And luckily they don't object to me borrowing. I'm very proud though, of my little collection, because I hardly own any books I haven't read at least twice. I am working as a teacher at a secondary school (age of pupils:12-18) and subsequently own a lot of educational books. I have decided not to include these in my catalogue, because they're a necessity and not for pleasure.

Noticed you liked Back Roads, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also about mental illness (and a bit dark). I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Here's a link to a summary (and a sample chapter)in case you'd like to read more about the novel before you commit:
