Hi, I see that you have a copy of M J Rattray's "Further Recollections of 107th (Field) Coy RE". I would dearly love to read this book as my grandfather served as a company segeant major with this company in Salonika. Do you have any hints on where I should look to obtain a copy, please? Also, have you come across Rattray's other book "Thre years in Salonika"?

Thanks in anticipation.
Greetings! I'm new to LT and having fun uploading my books. I've just uploaded Sailors' Knots by W.W. Jacobs and see that you and I are the only two with this book. I thought I'd let you know that I've uploaded a nice cover jpg for this book, in case you're interested. Cheers! Jerry
Thanks for the comment. I have just ordered a copy of Williamson via abebooks. There is a new history of British army chaplaincy between 1796 and 1953 due to be published later this year. Sadly not by me although it is a particular interest of mine.
Notice through the new features of LT that you have a number of books on World War One. These include some on chaplains. If you have a particular interest in them you might like to check out my library.
Hello, I noticed we share 2 books on the Mesopotamian Campaign, Mons, Anzac and Kut, and In the Clouds Above Baghdad. Have you read much more on the Meso Campaign...it is a particular interest of mine....Cheers, Peter
Very interesting Z; check my catalog you might see some titles of interest, since we have quiet a few in common. Cheers, A
I have done considerable reading in papal history, and a facetious comment I have made is that if I were elected Pope I would take the name of Zosimus II, the first Pope so named being Pope from 417 to 418, if I remember correctly. there once was a time when i knew all the Popes in order by heart together with the dates of thieir reigns. I would not be able to do that now without some rehabilitation. I am wondering why you have the name you have?
