I saw that you're wondering whether to read "Nervous Conditions" - I read it earlier this year, and I loved it. It was one of those books which really made me feel like I'd "been somewhere" - a country and a culture I know little about, and beautiful writing.

I know "Infidel" is a really popular book and it's hard to get on BM so I'll hold on to it for awhile. I have plenty of points so I'm in no hurry to list it. If you accumulate more points in a few weeks then I'll list it for you.

I do send books internationally but because of the price of shipping I request a 2 book minimum.

Hope you've had a good week. Thanks again for sending the book so quickly - I'm really looking forward to reading it.
You asked what I thought of Krajewski. I'm finding his writing style quite hard (it's a question of vocabulary, so obviously it won't concern you!). However, I'm captivated by the picture of 1920's Breslau that he's painting for me. Even though I don't understand everything, I feel like I'm there - it's extremely atmospheric. I think you'll like him.
Milego weekendu!

mam propozycje dla ciebie. Czy chcesz czytac The Dogs of Riga po angielsku?
Milego weekendu!

I hope you're enjoying the last days of the summer and if you get time, please sit outdoors at a cafe and enjoy a beer or a coffee (depending on your preference). That thing where everyone spends time outside just enjoying the summer is one of the things I miss most about living in Europe.
