: I read it. Or tried to. Epic FAIL. Comments will most assuredly follow.![]()

: It could have been worse, but not by much. Probably read at least half, and felt it a waste of precious reading time.![]()

: Tolerable once, but won't be revisiting this unless it's on a syllabus. And then, I'll probably doubt the professor's reader cred.![]()

: Great premise, didn't care for the voice, or loved the writing, wasn't crazy about the book; will try another title.![]()

: A great book, overall. Definitely re-read material, and will seek out other works by the author, if I haven't already.![]()

: Can find no fault with this book. Something everyone should be compelled to read. Twice.

Second, how was Gods Behaving Badly? I browsed through it and figured it might be excellent a la American Gods, or Lamb, or dismal.

Just wanted to say what a cool blog foliofiles is. Sounds like you're starting something big there come Monday, eh? Did you already promote your blog in the salon perchance? Forgive me if you did and I've simply forgotten, but if you haven't, there's a "promote your blog" thread there you might want to consider posting a link to. More blog awareness, more readers, more fun, right?
Have a great Sunday,
Brent

So far this week, yesterday I mailed all my homeschooling paperwork. Today is my husband's 49th birthday. I'm working on an Enterprise cake for him. I'll post it...if it comes out alright. ;o) Saturday I'm teaching a balloon sculpture workshop. When it's not raining, I'm mowing to keep up with the grass. I've already decided not to do my comic strips for next week because I need at least one day with no obligations. I wonder when MY summer vacation starts? *whine, whine*
:o)

I just caught up a little bit with your blog. Sorry I haven't been active in commenting there (life, life, life) but I just wanted to tell you I love what you are doing with it! Very thought-provoking.
The picture above is incredibly pink. *dons sunglasses* :o)

I'll meet you there shortly after Noon. (It's actually easier for me to walk there than for you to pick me up.)

Huzzah for HBP! :)

We haven't had any recommended locations yet. I would love to hear where either of you or LG think we should meet. I'll write LG a comment, too. Her hubby may join us for the movie.
Something we did think of was that it would be fun to go somewhere afterward to discuss the movie. We could eat or something.
Have you seen the HBP trailers yet? I think there are three.

Are you and Mare still going to meet LG and me for HBP? I thought we should think about when we might see it so we can rearrange around plans that might have already been made. I don't have anything set myself but things I'll arrange around our movie meet. I really hope we get to meet you! :)
