About me I'm a librarian and a Colorado resident. My passions are genealogy, science fiction, cooking, and wandering through my beautiful New Mexico!

This year's travel goal is to see all 13 national park sites in the state. So far I've visited Petroglyph, Pecos (on Civil War weekend!), Aztec Ruins (while in Farmington for the NMLA conference), Salinas Pueblo Missions (all three sites), and Bandelier. On a hot day, I visited Chaco with a couple of my roommates. The Capulin Volcano & Fort Union (once, again) trip was quite the drive from Albuquerque. I saw El Malpais & El Morro with my opera-buddy. I'll save the Gila Cliff Dwellings, Carlsbad and White Sands for next summer when it is warmer.

For now, I think I will focus on national parks in Colorado.
