About me"In that direction," the Cat said, waving its right paw round, "lives a Hatter: and in that direction," waving the other paw, "lives a March Hare. Visit either you like: they're both mad."
"But I don't want to go among mad people," Alice remarked.
"Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat, "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."

I'm a university student and anthropology major. My reading habits tend to vary according to the courses I'm taking and how much free time I have, but I'm always reading something - usually several very different things at once.

Currently reading: The Bardo of Waking Life - Richard Grossinger

About my libraryI read a lot of fantasy and science fiction, as well as all other kinds of literature, graphic novels, and miscellaneous poetry. I especially love books with imaginative or intriguing ideas, amusing dark humour, and anyone who writes awe-inspiringly beautiful prose. Also love fairy tales, folklore, and mythology. As far as non-fiction goes, I read a lot about ancient history, religion, (neo-)paganism, occultism, feminism, philosophy, and I have a definite weakness for books about books.
Note: This library only contains books I actually own, not every book I read. I have a lot of books I haven't read yet, and I use the library frequently.

Thanks for the library designation; it's been a while since anyone found it interesting. And your book, by the way, is in the mail.
Noticed you liked Girl Interrupted, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also about a disturbed young girl's mental illness and also a bit dark. I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Let me know if you're interested. Here's a link to a summary in case you're interested:
