Thanks for stopping by, browsing my library and leaving some kind words. My parents were divorced when I was young, so I was also raised in a single parent home. We lived in Southern Illinois until I was 18. Love southern California, but every once in a while I do miss "home". Not enough to want to MOVE back, but enough to want to go visit. (But not in the WINTER, no, no, no, no!!!!)

Hope you enjoy [The Rescue]. I read it years ago, but still remember it pretty vividly. Never picked up a Nicholas Sparks book I didn't like - liked some more than others, though.

There is a thread here on LT that I think you would like - "Literature Abuse" about people like us who are addicted to books. It's kind of funny. : )
