About meArtist and gardener - isn't gardening art too? I sculpt, paint, draw and grow roses. Not all at once - it goes in cycles. Right now I'm making more art than garden.
About my libraryMore garden books, esp roses, than anything else. The art books are the current growing concern. The garden library grew over ten years. The art thing has only been going for two. ***Hmmm, is it really 2 years since I looked at this? The art books have bred. What garden? Update soon.

We share one book, Gwen Fagan's Roses at the Cape Of Good Hope. You may be interested to know (I hope you are, anyway) that I own a first edition signed and dedicated to me by Gwen and her husband Gabriel (the photographer), because at the time that they produced the book, I was a fledgling architect working in their architectural practice in Cape Town, South Africa. Gwen is not an architect, but she was always very involved in her husband's practice.
So I thought I'd visit your library, and I discover we have interests in common: gardening, art and printmaking. I have done a few linocuts and etchings in my time, and have sold one acrylic Georgia O'Keeffe-style floral painting myself. I would love to do more printmaking, but there's no time at the moment!
Best wishes
Alison
