About me I am a wannabe bookbinder who was trained as a librarian, and I have a job that straddles both worlds. In my free time I write, read, do crafts, and feed cookie crumbs to little city animals.

About my library I don't usually feel any great compulsion to buy books (I work in a library, after all -- why buy when you can borrow?) The notable exceptions are poetry and cookbooks, which I like to have around because I refer to them often. Beyond that, most of what I own are textbooks from undergrad and books left over from my childhood.
