About meA librarian from Brooklyn, currently (and not excitedly) living in New Jersey.

About my libraryPrivate collection of books I own (not what I have read), most of which have been purchased for $1.00 at discount bookstores like Book-Off and the Strand (nothing like finding a bargain!) I like British and Italian history, particularly art history, historical fiction, any ol' type of fiction, and New York-specific history books and/or pictorial works. I sell or give away any books I don't completely love, so there are always books coming and going.

Always nice to find others interested in medieval history. I found your profile through the Medieval Europe group. Any particular book you would recommend? What's your favorite non-fiction book on medieval history? I'm always looking for new books to add to my library. Thanks.

what is vanity fierce about?
I've started a group thats dedicated just to discussing HP and the Deathly Hallows. its called HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS ONLY. We could all post about the last book there so that is will be contained and we won;t have to worry as much aobut spoilers. Join when you finish the book.
I'm thinking about applying to Pratt's Library Science program. I saw in one of your posts that you're currently attending. What's it like? Do you have to write a thesis?
