Hurray were friends! I also can't believe we share no books. But maybe that will help us read books from each other's libraries we wouldn't ordinary pick up. I know we both have read Johnathan Strange and Mr. Norell, so that's at least one. Un Lun Dun looks soooo fun. I will get it directly.
Yay for Nebraska! :) Omaha is probably the most fun city in which to live, since there's always something to do there. I might be biased, though, since that's where I grew up, hehe. I've come to love Lincoln, too, after living here the past 5 years. I hope you like Husker football! :D As for Nebraska books...I love Willa Cather, as cliché as that is. Strange Angels by Jonis Agee was fantastic; she's a professor at UNL. And almost anything by Kloefkorn and Kooser is great, too.

Have a good day!
