About meReading is fun

About my libraryI'll read just about anything, but I really love science fiction/fantasy particularly mythic literature and post-appocalyptic fiction.

Noticed you liked Lovely Bones, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here, as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it also contains a young female narrator struggling with a series of tragic circumstances. I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Here's a link to a summary (and a sample chapter) in case you'd like to read more about the book before you commit:

So, which should I do first: read the book or watch the movie?
Hi! Two suggestions based on "Angels on Fire," "Sunshine," and "You Slay Me." Try "Playing with Fire" by Gena Showalter and "If Angels Burn" by Lynn Viehl. You'll have to forgive the overly "romance booky" cover art of "If Angels Burn." It's really a good read. "Playing with Fire" is about altered humans (DNA) as opposed to vampires or other supernatural things, but is written along a similar vein.

I bought "The Mists of Avalon" but just can't bring myself to read it. Giant book, you know? I really wanted to catch the miniseries on that one. :)
