About meI'm a librarian in name only. I entered the field due to my obsession with books (didn't we all,) but am now a library administrator having little on-the-job contact with the objects of my affection!
About my libraryMy cataloged library includes every book I've read since I started reading what we in the library biz call "chapter books," along with all of the children's books I have read to my children. I own all of the books I've read - many librarians read library books and don't possess large personal libraries, but once I've read a book, it becomes a friend that I want to keep around.
