About my libraryHaving been raised among a veritable library, I can hardly remember a time where I didn't read. Fuelled by my parents' influence and my many interests, I have built myself quite a collection over the years. From "pretty", informative books featuring history, locations, culture, health, nature, religion, mythology and strange phenomena to a modest collection of classical English books. I also own quite an extensive collection of contemporary English novels and (mostly) thrillers that has found a temporary home in my parental house, where my mother, who is responsible for my preference for English fiction, keeps extending it.

My handy hubby promised to build me my very own customized book case in our new home, so at some point I can bring all my "children" home. Until then, I content myself at bringing over one book at a time and using the Wattpad app on my cell phone to rediscover some of my old favourites.

Now, all I need is time! Working in the exciting, ever-changing field of information management, there's always so much to do! Time to read has become a luxury these days, but I do try to "steal" moments whenever I can to enjoy a good book.
