About me I'm a long time bookseller and a lifelong reader. I am finishing my Master's Degree in Counseling while my husband works on his Ph.D. in Musicology. Between the two of us, we read most any genre--no book left behind as far as we're concerned. I write some, read a lot, and am always interested in discovering something new.

About my library The books in this library are a combination of mine and my husband's. There is quite a breadth of genre between us, and the library is ever growing.

I am currently reading Gossip Girl-and last night I just had to throw it on my bedside table. I'm going to actually read the
entire thing just to be sure and not be too quick with my judgment but, so far, its horrible. Really not much like the t.v. show at all. Now, I know why though-they can't use all that explicit language and sexual graphic content ON t.v.!
Thanks for your kind message. Of course, I love booksellers! Where did/do you sell books? I hope you enjoy BEAUTIFUL LIES and want to continue the journey with SLIVER OF TRUTH. Keep me posted.
It's nice to meet you! I look forward to exploring your books.
Yeah, I've got several favorites, too. Though, oddly, a large percentage of those favorites only have a book or two that I really, really promote... "The Shadow of the Wind", for example. And, just based on your library, as well as our libraries intersections, I'm going to go ahead and pimp out one of my favorite books (also one of my favorite books to pimp out), "The Sparrow", by Mary Doria Russell. You should give it a try! =)
Interesting. I had the same experience, hosting a certain author at my bookstore. I gather your "library" is a two-person one, but how interesting that your library is still in like the top five most similar ones to mine...
yeah i got it goin' on
hi marisa & chris

good to see you do the LibraryThing
check out my inventory, it's still a work in progress
Hello from Birmingham, AL! I read your review of Gods in Alabama and had to stop in and check your books out. I agree whole-heartedly that the South isn't full of fiddle-dee-dees and fluttering fans. Your review gave me a laugh. Thanks!
