About meMy name is Shannon. I'm a Poteau High School alumna, Class of 2008 and am currently attending Carl Albert State College where I am actively involved in Film Club. I've decided to pursue a major in film, because I've always enjoyed movies and am fascinated by the process of making them. Most people would describe me as being extremely shy, artistic, and easily distracted. I often find myself starting elaborate or nearly impossible projects with a high level of enthusiasm and vim, only to toss aside or abandon these projects altogether in the pursuit of something else that has sparked my interest. I often have naïve and idealistic expectations in the pursuit of new possibilities, but I always try my best to stay focused and keep my goals in sight even if they seem unusual to others. I also tend to be obsessive about stuff. I'm engaged to the most wonderful guy in the world and look forward to being his wife someday.

About my libraryIn general, I have an eclectic taste in literature. I'll read anything from comic books, historical fiction, science fiction, wildlife guides, children's series, and poetry.
