About meI am an archaeologist and have worked in CRM for the past 5 years, since graduating with a BS in Anthropology. I am also an entering grad student at the University of Mississippi. My pic is me excavating a Middle Woodland shell midden on the coast of NC.
About my libraryAbout 70% are books from the undergrad days, with the other 30% books I have purchased for "fun". These are mostly academic books, not counting the 250-300 fiction books I have from when I was a kid.

Just saw your post over on the archaeo-digs topic and thought I would say hello since we are fellow Mississippians. Strangely enough I'm one of the programmers working on LibraryThing (the only one NOT located in the Maine/Boston regions) but I also do a lot of work with archaeology collections. I went to Mississippi State and created the Digmaster online archaeology database while there. Check it out. We are going through a HUGE update right now that is going to add about 30,000 more images and a few thousand objects to the database. Hopefully we'll release the update in the next month or so.
