About meI am uninspired right now, so I'll just say I'm a cat lover and an avid reader with quite whimsical tastes.
One day you might find me buried under a huge TBR-mountain of neuroscience books, and the following week you will find that half those books have been shelved unread and that German authors have taken their place. Or autism. Or cats. Or History. Or Sociology. Or...
In the past years, I've been gradually losing interest in fiction and my bookshelves have been seeing increasingly more reference books and/or works on topics such as History, History of Medicine, Ethics/Bioethics, biographies and such.
Of course, my beloved job doesn't help much in this matter (or rather, helps a lot in this matter, depending on how you look at it), seeing as being a translator means I get to read and work on numerous different subjects. This means lots of new areas that at the time I may have heard little about, but which grab my attention and are thus filed in the "to explore" (= "to read") section of my brain... incidentally, the one part of my brain that remains unaffected by time.
So, umm, good to meet you all :)
.
About my libraryI only add the books I have already read or that I am currently reading (the latter are tagged acordingly).
