About meI'm Ashley. I wasn't a reader until recently, and in the past 6 months, I've read an insane amount. I started this for the sole purpose of keeping track of the books I've read, and sharing them with friends.

*I currently work as a nanny and a Pre-K/Music Teacher. Having my two favorite things, music and children, in one job has been amazing!
*I have a BA in music and I'm finishing my Masters in Childhood Education.
*I play in two classic rock bands, keyboard, guitar, and vocals.
*I have the most AWESOME CAT IN THE WORLD (I will fight with anyone who contests this! haha!)
*I married the most amazing man I've ever met this year on August 1st!

About my libraryI generally prefer books that involve a love story, but they have to have a lot more than that to hold my interest. I mainly like crime mysteries, and fantasy stories, like Twilight and Harry Potter. I DO NOT enjoy scary books. I'm home alone a lot, as my husband travels for his job, and scary books lead to long nights!

Just wanted to thanks you (and Oliver!) properly for the you tube video. Sorry it's taken me so long - my home computer seems to have an anti-LT thing going on sometimes, which makes it difficult to move around the site, so I thought I'd take the orrportunity from my work computer!

It's hard to chat about tv shows for West coasters. Whenever compski and suge chat about them I think LG must have to disappear for a bit because of spoilers regarding the time difference. ;) I've only been able to chat with rissa about Grey's so far. We've only been able to chat once the show is over for us, which is 2pm for you. (Yikes!) Can you beleive it, my living room tv only works for movies. It's incredibly weird.
