About meI love books, animals and nature! Happiness to me means being in nature's element, with lots of books and animal friends for company.
These 3 wonderful friends have been my faithful and loyal companions all these years, as I "left" mainstream society in search for a different life. They have changed my life so much for the better and made me more appreciative of what truly matters in life.
I would love to meet friends who share the same interests as I do, and share some book chats!
About my libraryI used to be crazy about reading romances, but after gorging on over thousands of romance books during a certain time of my life, it got a little too much for me, and I have now moved more into life/philosophy reads, reads on nature, travel, humor. I still love the ocassional romance read, but have become more selective, with a preference for romantic comedy, good plot developement and fleshed out characterisation.
Lately, as I have been travelling around frequently, I have started to switch to Ebooks, as I can pack more books into my PDA and laptop, with less bulk. I get my books and recommendations from Amazon and my friendly neighbourhood store Ebookcrescent.com.

I'm sorry, you posted me a message a while back, but it somehow escaped my attention (I rarely go to my profile page) but I didn't want you to feel that I hadn't accepted you! (horror!)
so hello. :)
I also read zillions of romances but never found an e-format that suits me, though if you have one you love, I'd be happy to look into it.
I have a current very good relationship with my library - www.nypl.org, which has a pretty huge range of romance, though very little of the steamier stuff - though I do say that they clearly judge a book by it's cover, because the raunchier regency romances get through just fine, but the contemps with their more explicit covers, do not...
So that's where I'm at right now.
How are you?

I think Laurell has been going downhill for the last several books. I don't think I liked Harlequin as much as Danse Macabre, which I thought was the best one for awhile. And I have For A Few Demons More upstairs on my TBR pile right now!!! just haven't gotten to it yet. I'm glad to hear it is a good one though. :)

Yeah, I visited Malaysia last year to see my girlfriend (who is Chinese Malaysian). I fell in love with the food there. We're both back in America, but we live in a mainly Chinese area with lots of delicious Chinese food. Someday I want to learn how to cook this kind of food.
Cya,
David
