About me I'm a librarian (cataloger), and a voracious reader. The user name is because I love Greek mythology and don't like wearing shoes. My husband is a PhD candidate in English literature, teaches college English, and is also a voracious reader. We have books everywhere... thank the Gods for libraries, because there's no way we could afford to support our habit if we had to buy everything we read!

About my library My books. His books. Our books. Some books that we have two copies of because we can't share. We're both science fiction and fantasy fans. He's into Medieval and Renaissance history and literature, and the large collection of gaming books is also his. I love ancient history and literature, folklore and mythology, Irish and British history and literature (especially the 19th century). All the books in ancient Greek- mine. The hundred or so books tagged "home" are in boxes in a closet in my parents' house, waiting for me to have space for them. Eventually, I'm going to make sure that all of our books have LC numbers, because I'm a cataloger, and it just seems necessary.

I've added you to my interesting lists, since a) we have many books in common, and b) you mentioned many of my favourite genres. Hope you don't mind!
