As long as you don't give out your password, no one will be able to add/edit/delete books from your account. Just put a link to your catalog on your website, you'll be fine! To try it out yourself, make sure to sign out of LT first, and then click the link to your catalog - that's how others will see it.

Additional user-specified fields are things that have been asked for before, but so far LT doesn't have those capabilities. The admins have expressed positive thoughts about it for the future though. As for an easy way to transfer from review to comment field, I'm not sure. The easiest I can think of would be to view your library in a way that shows both the review field and the comments field, and then copy/paste.
