I loved your wonderfully scathing Eragon review. And I wanted to let you know that you were right - he was the publishers' SON. And since teenagers as a whole are always on the look out for another LOTR (especially with teenage author relatability) bigger publishing houses jumped on the bandwagon. It makes me sad as well...

But your review made me happy. So thanks for that!

I just wanted to concur with your Eragon review. Truly an awful book.

My theory on why they published: the publishers are desperately seeking the next Potter (or even Lemony Snickets), and this one had the 15yo-home-schooler wrote it back story.
