This is the tale of the English South African boy growing up in Afrikaner South Africa (subtext: white liberal finally triumphs over nasty white supremacists) and his fight against apartheid. Courtney’s tim (1), the sequel to this one; it’s a turkey. There’s not enough time in your life to waste on bad books. If you read the posts on “WishIhadTime” profile you will find you have a mention there because you really made me laugh.
I have just finished “Pride and Prejudice”. (I just loved it) I then go to read the reviews and there you are again. Once again I enjoyed your review and agree with everything you say, except……Not all of us are waiting for Mr Darcy to turn up. Especially not us old granddads.
Where did you get that name?
