About meNothing's shocking.

About my libraryFor nonfiction, I prefer books that deal with sociology, economics, animal rights, and the environment. I guess I'm obessed with darker themes in the fiction department: splatterpunk, zombies, Cthulhu mythos, serial killers. Due to my distractable nature, I love anthologies, short stories, and graphic novels. I welcome your recommendations for short story collections dealing with eldritch terrors and the like.

Hey, bittersweet, thanks for your recommendation of Shadows in the Asylum! It was a great book and much better than I expected.

Thank's for joining the humor group. Have you read "The Dark Descent"? Big fat horror short story collection. I've been itching to get started on it but I always forget and turn to something else then try to rush through it so as to get start (then forget again and so on and so on).

Have a good one.
I can tell you, LibraryThing is as addictive as Lovecraftian fiction...my catalogue is growning like the Fungi from Yoggoth (but without the crustacean-like appendages and membranous wings).
