I'll appreciate any help you can provide. We do the pasta/marinara thing quite a bit - but I actually like this better than my son does! We also keep Bocca burgers and ravioli in the freezer for him, and salad in the 'fridge for all us us, but he eats more than anyone. Sometimes, he just eats our meals except the meat. If we're having a casserole, I'll scoop out some out into a smaller dish for him before adding the meat for the rest of us. We eat too many eggs, just because it's easy and fast.
I don't envy your moving - what an enormous chore! But I hope your new place will be worth the effort. Don't rush getting back to me. It sounds like you have plenty going on just now. It's nice to meet you.

I've added you as an interesting library. A couple of your books showed up on my "nonfiction" tag watch today, and I've already ordered a copy of "Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom" from the library as a result. I love your eclectic taste, especially in nonfiction. I see you have lots of vegetarian cookbooks and am assuming that you are vegetarian. Maybe you can give me some guidance? My 15-year old son is vegetarian, but no one else in the family is. I got him a copy of the "Cooking Vegetarian for Dummies" that you also have in your library. However, he does not do a very good job of planning ahead for meals. Do you have any recommendations for cookbooks or other resources that I should look for about feeding a vegetarian in an omnivorous family? As much as possible, I try to give him a variation of whatever the rest of us are having. I don't run a diner and refuse to fix him an entirely different meal. There are several meatless meals that I enjoy, but my husband, especially, wants meat most days.
Thanks for any guidance you can offer. Welcome to LT - hope you like it here as much as I have.
