About meI'm starting my second year as a part time graduate school student. When I'm not learning how libraries work and trying to decipher a MARC record, I'm busy working with four classrooms of first graders. I enjoy writing, particularly fantasy. I've done a few writing challenges such as Nanowrimo and ScriptFrenzy. I also enjoy taking pictures and scrapbooking. Eventually, I would like to work as a school library media specialist.

About my libraryMy library is representative of what fills my bookshelves at home. Nothing's been added in a few months because I'm in the midst of a reorganization and weeding project. My library is skewed toward fantasy, young adult and children's literature.
