After over 30 years of being unable to share my story with the rest of the world, I was becoming quite disenchanted with writing in general. Then I discovered Booklocker.com and that changed. Angela and Richard Hoy gave me back my enthusiasm and determination to have my novels published.

Over the next several years, Booklocker partnered with me in publishing six books. Throughout this process, Angela was professional and supportive, always accessible and responsive to my learning the ropes. I could not have asked for a better publisher.

The books caught the attention of a small-press publisher who is now re-releasing a new edition of the novels under their imprint. Although the new publisher is very friendly and I enjoy working with them, I will always be grateful to Booklocker and the Hoys for their faith in my work.

Booklocker gave my writing a jumpstart when they helped me self-publish my first novel "Far Above Rubies" in 2001. The book has since been rereleased (new cover, new ISBN, new printing) by a traditional publisher, but I will always remember the professionalism, courtesy, and support that Booklocker provides. Angela and Richard Hoy are true professionals.
