About my libraryAll of these books we own and are part of our family library. We were lucky to inherit some "special" ones from my husband's Grandmother, who owned and operated a book store in Cleveland. Most we have read, many still on the "wish i had more time" list!

I have been on LT for 1 year! I still have not logged in all of my books yet. August seems to be the lag time to do it, so I am busy on here again.

I have many cookbooks which I have just begun to log in. As I do (in between the other genre in book cases) I intend to put my favorite recipe or two from that book in a review. For my own benefit and for others who may have the same book but haven't yet tried "MY favorites". If I rate it - then I have cooked from it. If I haven't.. well then its either a new addition or nothing has caught my attention yet!

I would love to know your favorite recipes from books that we have in common! If anyone reads this and has a "favorite" in our common books - Please let me know and I will put it at the top of my list of "Must Try" recipes! Thanks!!!

Noticed you liked Lovely Bones, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here, as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it also contains a young female narrator struggling with a series of tragic circumstances. I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Here's a link to a summary (and a sample chapter) in case you'd like to read more about the book before you commit:

Hello Carol...thanks for adding me to your interesting libraries list! It's a nice compliment. I'm intrigued by your titles..."Tan Your Hide!" and the unusual cookery title both pique my interest. I'll have to shop your shelves soon.

Cheers,
