Thank you, it was splendid! The joys of having a birthday around the start of summer reading :-)
I did a little research, and The Sex Lives of Cannibals is the first book out of a series of books he wrote about their adventures. We don't have any of the others, so I'm thinking I may have to ILL them at some point (after I finish all of these books on my bedroom floor!)...
So many books, so little time. I believe Littlestown is going to spoil me a great deal. ^_^

Oh, and thank you so much for getting me addicted to LibraryThing. I needed to have another online addiction. *wink*
The Sex Lives of Cannibals was hilarious! I'm sure you will enjoy it!
I'm compiling a list of birthdays of the 75 challenge group members and sending messages to those whose birthday I might not have as yet. Would you please send your birthday either to the birthday thread, listed below,
or to my home page:

The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks was amazing!
I see you started listening to Shiver...let me know what you think of it!
Definitely appropriate :-)
Awesome! I'm getting Murder in Paradise, which Amazon pairs with the new Hamish Macbeth...hope it's just as good :-)
Gotta love Agatha Raisin!
I joined the 75 book challenge for 2010...I think I read at least 75 books a year, so hopefully I'm not going to embarrass myself and prove myself wrong!! Maybe this will force me to read all of those books I said I was going to read but have not yet.
Oh well, she'll just have to wait until next week. It's not like she doesn't have other books to read, courtesy of the library...hahahaha!
I see you added the new S. King, "Under the Dome." Have you started it yet?
bookymouse, of course you would have to have "The Bookstore Mouse!" lol
Glad to hear you enjoyed "1st To Die." That's the good thing about getting started with a series & author -- you keep wanting the next one, & the one after that, & so on. lol

I had the pleasure of meeting David Morrell, many moons ago, at a writer's convention. Very nice man.

bookymouse, you may well have read "1st To Die by J. Patterson before me; I have it, but still unread at the moment. You checked it out of the library; how do you like it?

Did you see any of the television series on ABC (not this past season, but the year before) -- "Women's Murder Club?"
Hmmm...I can tell someone has been adding books they have read! :-)
Thanks for letting me know what you thought of Key Lime Pie Murder. I agree.. her books are somewhat predictable, but I do so enjoy reading them anyway.
