About me I am a thirtysomething bibliophile who loves green beans.

About my library I have always wondered how many books I have actually read.

Thanks for sending a check, but really void it. I'm not going to cash it, it will go in my shredder. I don't mind sending books to other book lovers, people have done the same for me. What goes around comes around.
Conglomerates on Bookmooch sounds good; that way you get a point for your shipping. :) Just post and reserve it for me (infiniteletters there too).
The Perks of Being a Wallflower

Oh, me! me! Pick me! :)
Seriously though, I'd love it, it's been on my wishlist for a while - ever since I heard it's simular to Audrey, Wait, which both my daughters and I loved.
Hey, no worries! Thanks for the offer, but I already have that on my tbr pile (not listed in my catalog as I borrowed it from a friend).
Maybe I'll be quicker next time! You seem to have a lot of books I'm interested in ;-)
I'd love to mooch "Stranger than fiction" if you even send overseas! I was in bed when you put up "Dirty Job" so I was too slow for that one ;-)
Hey, if you can reserve 'A Dirty Job' for me on Bookmooch I'd really appreciate it! Username is k00kaburra. If someone else claimed it already, well, never mind then! Thanks either way!
Glad to hear it arrived safe and sound!
Thanks.
Enjoy!
Great to hear! I look forward to hearing what you think of it. It's...interesting, to say the least...
While you may find copies of _The Lord Peter Wimsey Companion_ for sale online, they are priced ridiculously and I would not recommend lining the pockets of some book dealer for a copy of a work that is already superseded. As editor and compiler, I can tell you that there is a third edition in the works that has over 12,100 entries and more than 400 illustrations of one sort or another. More entries and illustrations are on the way. It will include a virtual tour of a precisely rendered Fenchurch St. Paul and will have a recording of a touch of 96 of Kent Treble Bob Major. A floor plan for 110A Piccadilly is also in the works. The Dorothy L. Sayers Society will have the work available online in, we hope, the not too distant future, so keep checking the Society's website for clues about when that might happen. My _hope_ is that it will be online in a little over a year's time. Have patience, what you need will be available in the not too distant future. In the meantime, if there are one or two points that you just _have_ to know, drop me a line and I'll do my best to help out.

I posted a reply to the message board, but I figured I'd let you know in message too since you sent one to me. Unfortunately, the book is due back to the Rutgers library by the end of the month, as it's nearing the end of the semester, so I need to return it to the library here at Penn State with enough time for it to make it back to New Jersey on time. Which doesn't leave me with a whole lot of time with the book as is. I'm really sorry I can't be of any help, but I tried my best on the message board to highlight ways to utilize the university library system, since there are plenty of colleges and universities out there with copies of the book from what I can tell. Best of luck! --Dave
Hello! Sorry it took me so long to respond. Yeah I did start the King Rocks group, it's just not taking off like I wanted it too though. The first thing of Anne Rice that I read were the Mayfair Witch chronicles. How far are you into them because I don't want to spoil it for you if you haven't finished them yet...I fell in love with the character Michael :) If you like series books you have to read the Dark Tower series by King if you haven't already...it's my favorite. I'll have to check out that other vampire series your talking about. Have fun reading....
I just noticed we shared a lot of the same books, wanted to drop a line and see if you had any recomendations. I've already read all of Kings works, currently working on Rice's.
