Hi Peter,

I see that you have Hofstadter's 'Godel, Escher & Bach'. Have you read his 'Metamagical Themas' or 'The Strange Loop of I'? I was put on to Godel by Professor William Huff, who actually designed the cover for the edition of 'Godel, Escher & bach' that I have. I also have 'Le Ton Beau de Marot: In praise of the Music of Language', though I ahve to confess that I have hardly read anything from that book.

Cheers,

Lynn
