About me The books, the reviews, and the username should speak for me, I'd think--for now, at least.

About my library I don't use this as a wishlist, so all the books are in my possession at this time. Else, the list wouldn't be much good for insurance purposes. The tag "sale box" indicates books I own, but am selling on another service which I will not link here. They're in...a box, all together. "Library book" is a tag used for public library books. I don't own them, but they're in my house, car, and/or work desk. I'm reading them, and if anything happens to them I would like their owners and/or the insurance company to know.

I read a lot of comics, graphic novels, manga, and other such. They're books. I haven't entered any single issues yet save for Stardust.

I don't use ratings; my tastes are odd, and there are books I keep because they do one thing very well and aren't very good in general.

We share 89 books together! My top tags are: Fantasy, Manga, and Asian Folktales. Just wanted to say, "Hi Kindred Spirit!"
We share 31 books! Mostly fantasy and SF (McKillip, Bujold). If you enjoyed Gate of Ivrel, you will like the rest of the series.

And I scrapbook too!

P.S. I love Miles (Vorkosigan, that is).
Hi,

Nice to know others here admire the genius of Haruki Murakami - a true legend.

Best Regards,
Ujjwal Dey
Hey, let us know when you begin to enter single comics, we have some and are unsure how to enter them.
Love your Library!!
I read Revelation Space, and I enjoyed it. If you like, we can trade a review for a review.

If you take review requests, I'd like to read your reviews of Nausicaa, Revelation Space, Tale of Genji, and (if you've read it) The Pillow Book of Sei Shonagon.
From your review of 1634: The Galileo Affair, I have to say that I like the mushiness. But then, my partner frequently calls me a mushy boy.
oh heck, and I haven't even STARTED on magazines! I have a lot of knitting and spinning magazinses to add, now that you mention it!
Hi, I was wondering what you thought of The Tale of Genji?
You can probably find records for the magazines in the Library of Congress search, if not one of the other major library catalogs.
Well, this isn't called Book Thing - why not add things that aren't books? Regular libraries catalogue magazines, etc. :) If you want an example of how to add a record for a magazine, I've added a record for On Spec magazine. I did one record for the title and noted specific holdings in the publication field. I have a complete run and am still getting it, so I left it open-ended (v.1 (1989)- ), but if I only had a partial run or if I stopped getting it, I would be specific about what I had.
