About meI read pretty much anything but mostly fiction. No strong preference for any genre. I look for one or more of: good story, good telling, different point of view, different culture, new area or extension of knowledge. But in a pinch anything will do!
About my libraryA diverse collection gathered over years (a significant number of novels were thrown away during various moves but the ones I remember will be added to this catalog, possibly with a different tag). I am cataloging fiction, technical & science, arch. & design books. These days I buy used books from library sales or local used book stores -- the only rule being every book must be read or given away within months! No such source exists for good technical books so I must buy them. Borrowed books from library are also cataloged.

And sorry about this - we're keeping track of the data in an entirely new system, so we have to redo some of the ones I did by hand once upon a time :)
Best,
Abby
