Seeing that your library has long been listed as having a large number of books in common with mine, I felt it fitting to peruse your collection. It seems we have a common interest in philosophy, though mine has sprouted fairly recently, and is mainly in the context of science (but for whatever reason, I now not only understand why, but am thankful that I had to take all those humanities courses). Your Chicago connection is also relevant since I am also originally from the Windy City, and as a college student was a TA in a course taken by the sister of Pete Cetera of Chicago (some Evanston-related trivia).
I thought a note to you would be appropriate, so here it is.
Best regards,
Ed Madaj
