About meI'm twenty-seven, female, and work as a criminal intelligence analyst. I'm originally from the St. Louis area, but I moved to Hampton Roads, Virginia after high school.
I've adored books my entire life. My parents love to brag about how I taught myself to read; I was three and a half.
In my spare time, I'm usually reading, researching new books to read online, running, riding my bike, or hanging out with my dog. My favorite way to relax after a long run? A steaming cup of coffee and a great book. And sometimes an ice pack or two.
About my libraryI use LibraryThing not only to catalog the books I own, but all the books I read. I recently stopped spending money on books I'll never get around to reading (I tend to buy books faster than I can read them), and instead have fallen head over heels for my local library system(s).

I second it.
Gave Jostein Gaarder benefit of doubt and read "Vita Brevis" as well; take my word for it, vita is too brevis to do that.
Incidentally, I like your picture. Very reflective.
