About me I am a 24 year old married college student with two cats. I will graduate this summer or die trying.

I have a tendency to read just about anything that comes into the house regardless of the intended age group. Very rarely have I not been able to make it through a book, though it's been known to happen.

About my library My library currently consists of all the books I feel like listing that I actually have on hand. There are many more, plus all the books I've read that I will now have to try to remember and dig up.

The list is varied and goes from books I read in elementary school to books I've read for senior level college classes.

I've been through a few stages of books in my life, these have included Anne McCaffrey's Pern books, Star Trek, Star Wars, Dragonlance, Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles, and various other series that will soon be reflected here as soon as I get around to adding them.

I've included the various comic books that I've been reading lately, and while the literary merit of some might be cast into doubt, the merit of the others makes up for it. Or not. At any rate, they have been occupying some portion of my time and money, so they make it on the list.

You may notice that I have a tag called "scanlation" this is for those Japanese comics (or if you prefer, manga) that I have read online but have not legally purchased. I recently added the tag "want", this is for those that I intend to purchase at some point (probably once they are officially translated). Once I have them I change it to the "own" tag. The rest, well, I'm sure you can figure it out.

Somewhere, there is some one else with the same random taste in books as me.

A Post Note:
It appears that changes to the librarything site have eliminated the ability to add books manually that enabled me to exceed the 200 book free membership limit. Until such a time as I am able to cough up the money for a paid membership, I will not be adding anymore books. This is saddening since I just realized I forgot a bunch and have plans to read many more. Rest assured, however, that they are in much the same spirit as those currently listed.

Feel free to bother me in the other aspects of my online life.

You have a very comprehensive and interesting library. What are some of your favorites? Looking at your library it's hard to tell what your major could possibly be.
