You're using LibraryThing wrong; you're supposed to put in your whole library (I'm assuming you have more than eight books). Then the blog widget should display a random sample, updated I believe every hour. Of course, strictly speaking, you can do whatever you want with it. I'm just morbidly curious about your books.
