About me I have been a lifelong reader and collector of books. I read the newspaper at the age of three, but I soon moved past that. As you can tell from my catalog, I enjoy a wide variety of books: fiction (absurdist, Russian, historical, contemporary, literary, and classic) and non-fiction (history, current events, politics). I have earned three bachelor's degrees and am pursuing a master's degree in history from the Center of Learning, UCA.

My wife, whose books are included in this catalog, is a school psychologist, which accounts for the large number of psychology-oriented books. Most of the young adult girly-type books are hers as well.

A friend is always loyal, and a brother is born to help in the time of need. Proverbs 17:17. Eric Rodney Thomas Olson, 1979-2007.

About my library While I have read many of the books listed here, there are also many that I haven't read and will probably never read. Some of my happiest moments are spent in bookstores where I look and buy interesting, whimsical books on a whim.

My most prized book is an edition of Scaramouche by Rafael Sabatini that I acquired when my high school library discarded numerous old volumes. This old book, though not worth much as an ex libris volume, introduced me to Sabatini and the incomperable Andre-Louis Moreau.
