About meI am a 63 year old retired teacher. I work part time in a library. Hence many,many books are available to me! I live with my 24 year old son in the western New York area of the US. I have dogs and cats, and many interests. Among them: reading, of course, decorative painting, genealogy, crafts, knitting, crocheting, singing in various groups, nature in general, camping when I was younger, now sleeping up off the ground when visiting my woodsy haunts.

About my libraryI enjoy novels with touch of Native American culture, or any ethnicity, humorous British detective stories, tales with a mysterious or eerie theme. I read a wide variety of non-fiction books, especially if it smacks of history snippets, foreign cultures, travel, archaeology, space, really most any oddball, intriguing topic.
