About me I have a blog where I review and give away several books a month, all published by indie presses, at http://www.carpelibrisreviews.com. To say I love to read is an understatement. The walls of my house, upstairs and down, are lined with shelves of books; my desk is covered with stacks waiting to be read. And that's the way I like it. If there's one thing I love almost as much as reading, it's to talk about what I read.

About my library My library has a wide assortment of books - classics, bestsellers, art books, nonfiction; but my current reads are all from independent presses, which I discuss on my blog, carp(e) libris reviews.

I loved it. Very compelling. If people think crime is bad today, it's nothing compared to those days. I used to think the old gangster movies were an exageration, but in reality they toned it down, because people simply wouldn't believe it.
