About meMid-30s, do much of my reading in bars, pubs and the bathtub.
About my libraryI'm estimating it is close to 3,000 books, at least half of them aquired at book fairs. I plan to pare this back to only 1,000 -1,500 in the next few months.
As a result of its size, its relative inaccessibility and the fact that book fair books run about 25 cents per book to $1.00 per box, my library contains multiple copies of several books. Like, for instance, I have 7 copies of The Gulag Archipelago.
None of which I have read.

ROFL!!! Yep, that definitely tells me that you and I most likely have a lot in common besides just the 89 books we share so far. I knew there were 3 or 4 duplicate books floating around the house, but cataloging the books this summer revealed far more than that. And I'm only about halfway through. And yes, some of those multi-copied books have never been read here, either!
